At Dial22, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase.

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please email support@dial22.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked “Final Sale”

• Used pet carriers or beds

• Items with visible wear or damage

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item within 14 days. Contact us to get started.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 72 hours of delivery. Include a photo for faster processing.
