Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays), processing may be delayed slightly.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States. Stay tuned — we’re working to expand!


Shipping for Pet Products

Some pet products may ship separately from other items due to packaging requirements or warehouse locations. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.


Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received it within 3 days of ordering, please contact us at support@dial22.com.


Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping info. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, email us — we’ll work with you to make it right.
